Consultation Cancellation Policy

All consultations are by appointment only, and will usually last between 1 – 1.5 hours for an initial consultation and around 45 minutes for a follow-up.


Evolve Your Health wishes to inform that an appointment cancelled or missed within 24 hour period notice may at our discretion incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the appointment fee.


Workshop Cancellation Policy

All fees for workshops are collected and paid for in full in advance of the set workshop date. All cancellations will incur an administration processing fee of $20. If cancellation notification is within 2 weeks of workshop date no further additional fee will be applied. If cancellation notification is within 1 week of workshop date 50% of the full fee will be charged. Within a 24 hour period prior to workshop date no refunds are offered for last minute cancellations. To avoid disappointment you may at our discretion be offered to attend the following workshop in lieu of the one you are unable to attend only if there are available spaces.


Privacy Policy

Evolve Your Health is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if you have subscribed) and to personalise your shopping experience with us. Evolve Your Health uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Evolve Your Health only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Customer Service Policy

Evolve Your Health is committed to providing exceptional customer service and helping you find quality products to support you.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.  We want to ensure that all steps of your order are more than satisfactory, and will send you regular order updates by email to let you know when your payment has been processed, when your item is ready to ship, and when it has shipped. We invite and encourage your feedback, so we may continue to improve our products and business.


Shipping & Delivery Policy

Please note: FREE home delivery service offered in the Sandgate (Postcode 4017) area only.


We understand that when you order online you want your products quickly! This is why we strive to send every order within two working day of the order being placed. Any orders placed before midday will be shipped that day.* In the case of weekends and/or public holidays we ship on the first available working day.


All of orders, apart from free delivery service in local area 4017 are sent by Australia Post. This enables you to use your Post Office Box if you have one. Any orders over $100 are sent by Receipted Delivery (with Tracking) meaning they will require a signature on delivery. If you are not home your parcel will be sent to your nearest Post Office and you will have a card left for you telling you where your parcel is for pick up.


There is a minimum order of $20 to comply with payment processing restrictions. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex, payments via PayPal along with EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), bank cheque or money order. All prices are in Australian currency and are shipped from within Australia.


All items are subject to availability. If the goods ordered are unavailable we will contact you by phone or email and give you the choice from the following:


1) Substitute another item of equal value
2) Wait for new stock before order is shipped
3) Remove out of stock item from your order and recalculate the total cost of the order
4) Send your order in two parts – extra postage charge will apply.

International Orders
Unfortunately we are not able to do International Orders at this time. Thank you for understanding. 



All our parcels are tracked using the Australia Post Track Advice system. You will be provided with a tracking number on your invoice and we suggest you use the following link http://auspost.com.au/track/ to track your parcel once sent. Please contact us if you do not receive your parcel after ten days from placing your order online and we will track your item and advise of its delivery status.


In the case no one is home to sign and receive the parcel, the postman will leave a card advising instructions to pick up your parcel from your local post office.  It has come to our attention that postage card theft can be an issue in some areas and this is beyond our control.  In such cases we ask that you report any suspected theft to Australia Post 13 13 18. We encourage you to check with your local post office if your order has not arrived in due time (especially for express order items).  Your local post office requires proof of ID and your signature for parcel pick up so this will protect you from any card theft in the mail.  If you know that you are not going to be home and want your parcel left at the door, you can authorise your consent to leave your parcel at your front door or other secure area that is easy to access by advising us of these instructions in writing when placing an order through the check out in the order instructions box and we will ensure your delivery instructions are met. We cannot, however accept responsibility for any theft of the parcel if you have provided authority to leave your parcel at the door as this is not within our control. 


Important Express Post Consideration

Parcels that are sent express post by Evolve Your Health with a designated post code that is set outside the Australia express post delivery network, cannot guarantee express post delivery and is therefore considered a standard postal item . Evolve Your Health cannot accept accountability for this delay or the condition of the product. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm whether the destination postcode is within range at the Australia Post express post network and this can be confirmed here: http://auspost.com.au/personal/express-post-network-nsw-act.html If a customer choses to purchase an express post item with a post code outside the Australia Post network, it is therefore the customer’s choice to take this risk for a delivery delay and we will be unable to provide you with an estimated time of arrival or compensation for the product condition.  We have often found regular post items to reach the destination faster than express items if the destination post code is set outside the Australia post network and this is because they travel on different transport to reach the destination.


Security Encryption

Encryption is designed to immobilise unauthorised people to view information traveling between computers. When purchasing from Evolve Your Health your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest High-Grade Encryption 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. Therefore, once customers proceed to the shopping cart in the Evolve Your Health Shop the page will become encrypted. The page will also become encrypted when entering your sign in details to login and to view your Evolve Your Health Account. You will know when the page becomes encrypted when you notice a padlock image appear in the top URL before the https://. This allows you to view the security and encryption for our security payment gateway when you click on it. We encourage all users to view this information when shopping online so that you can be assured that any information you send over the internet from that point onwards is encrypted before it is transmitted.


Returns Policy

Please choose and check your purchase carefully.  We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind.


Acceptance of returns
Damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products will receive a full refund (return shipping expense included), credited to your credit card or bank account. If you prefer a replacement, a replacement product will be sent as soon as the original item is received. Items should be re-packed properly and returned, unopened within 30 days of delivery.


Before sending any product back
Please call us to arrange the return details with our Evolve Your Health Team. That way we can make sure your refund is dealt with quickly and effortlessly. If your request for return and refund has been approved we will email you details of returns slip (Pre-Paid) which will allow you to process your return at your local post office.  We ask that the items be returned within the original packaging please. 


Any money owing to you will be sent within 21 days of product return, however, in the majority of cases you will receive a refund much sooner (more like 7 days) as we do our best to prioritise. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you receive the wrong item and you use it:
We cannot honour a return and replacement of incorrect items sent if the item has been used in any way or the product seal has been broken. For instance if you were sent a blender instead of a juicer and you used the blender before returning it, or if you were sent the wrong supplements and opened the bottle breaking the seal. 


Tax Invoice & Receipt Provision
Tax invoices are produced electronically and sent to customers via email upon each purchase.  Evolve Your Health is committed to reducing our carbon footprint and therefore do not wish to provide hard copy receipts within parcels sent.  Please view your emails from Evolve Your Health to retrieve your purchase invoice.
