Refund & Returns Policy

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

 

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Is not of acceptable quality

  • Is unsafe

  • Does not match the description or images provided

  • Does not perform as reasonably expected

 

If an item has a major failure, you are entitled to:

  • A refund, or

  • A replacement

 

If the issue is minor, we may offer a repair or replacement within a reasonable timeframe.

 

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including:

  • Incorrect selection

  • No longer wanting the product

  • Personal preference or perceived energetic outcomes

 

Please choose carefully before purchasing.

 

Handmade & Energetically Prepared Products

Many of our products are handmade or prepared with specific energetic or intentional processes. As such:

  • Natural variations in appearance may occur

  • Individual experiences and results may vary

 

These are not considered faults under consumer law.

 

Repair Service

If your item becomes accidentally damaged, we are pleased to offer a complimentary repair service where possible.

 

Please contact us to discuss repair options before sending your item.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

 

We will assess your request and provide a suitable resolution.

 

Returns Process

If a return is approved:

  • Items should be returned in original condition where possible

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

  • We recommend using tracked shipping

Exchanges Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are available for defective or faulty items

  • Items may be exchanged for a different size where applicable

 

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, or

  • Within 7 days of receiving your online order

 

Items must be returned in original condition where possible.
