We offer a flat rate Express Post shipping fee across Australia.

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

 

Cold Shipping – Liposomal Vitamin C

• Liposomal Vitamin C is a refrigerated product

• It is shipped with an ice pack

• An additional $5 cold pack fee applies

• This product is only shipped within Australia

 

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

Delivery Responsibility

Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, we are not responsible for delivery delays. However, we are happy to assist in tracking or lodging enquiries if needed.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses.

 

Authority to Leave

If you select “Authority to Leave,” your parcel may be left unattended. This is at your own risk.
