Your Trinity Copper Tensor Tool can be worn comfortably on different parts of the body using either the silk tie or genuine leather tie included with your order. This guide will provide suggestions on how to use each of the silk, leather, and cotton cord options so you can experiment and discover what feels most aligned for you.
Perfect for wearing the Trinity on the:
• Forehead / pineal area
• Throat / thyroid region
• Heart / chest area
• Stomach / solar plexus
• Or simply as a pendant
Many people find the Trinity works beautifully even without crystals. However, adding crystals can enhance the experience. If using your own crystals, ensure they are cleaned physically and energetically before tying them on. Placing them inside a Sacred/Royal Tensor Ring is an excellent way to recharge and reset them.
Silk Tie
Highest-frequency natural fibre
Light, soft, and elegant
Hand-dyed silk for added colour frequency resonance
Easily washable
Gentle and comfortable for wearing across sensitive areas of the body
Leather Tie
Strong, grounding, and durable
Provides a firmer, more secure hold
Ideal for wearing the tool during movement or when a more anchored feel is desired
Cotton Cord
Simple, natural, and easy to adjust
Great for creating a more casual necklace-style wear
Ideal if you prefer a no-fuss, lightweight option
How to Attach a Crystal
Place your chosen crystal in the centre of the tie or cord.
Wrap the tie around the crystal once, then wrap in the opposite direction.
Tie a firm but easily removable knot—this allows you to swap crystals any time.
(You may use one crystal or three, depending on the Trinity style you are working with.)
How to Tie Your Trinity
Attach the crystal by centring it's position at half way point of the tie, wrapping the tie around the crystal and firmly pull tightly.
Slide the ends of the tie (with the crystal attached) through the centre mid crossover of the Trinity.
Loop the tie around one of the outer rings.
Secure the loop by tying and then folding the tie back on itself and drawing firmly again.
Place the Trinity over the desired body area.
Experimentation Is Encouraged
There is no “wrong” way to tie the Trinity - change the way you secure the ties to suit you, based on where you would like to position it on the body or what your personal intention might have. You may also find that your body naturally gravitates to one particular style on different days — simply follow your intuition.
Suggested Beginner Wear Protocol (Recommended)
To help your system calibrate gently to the Trinity:
Day 1–3:
• Wear for 15 minutes on waking
• + 15 minutes before bed
Day 4–6:
• Increase to 30 minutes morning + evening
Continue increasing in 15-minute increments every 3 days.
After 2–3 weeks, most people find their system naturally attunes.
Once calibrated, simply be intuitive.
Some days you may wear it for hours; other days just a few minutes.
Allow your body and energy to lead the way.
Keep a Trinity Journal
Your Trinity experience is unique and unfolds through your own awareness.
Consider tracking:
The day and time you begin
Any current symptoms (rate intensity out of 10)
Your focused intention(s)
Emotional or physical shifts
Insights, dreams, sensations, clarity, or changes in wellbeing
Any noticeable differences across the various body placements
This conscious self-observation helps you understand your own patterns, responses, and progress over time.
We wish you well with your Trinity exploring adventure. The Trinity is know to work uniquely with each individual, so if you would like to share your experience to inspire others or simple let us know what the Trinity is doing for you specifically, we invite and welcome any and all feedback.
