Each Sacred/Royal 144 MHz Trinity includes:

A strong cotton adjustable cord with your choice of pure copper or brass bead

Use & Care
Place near the head, chest or abdomen during rest, meditation, or recovery.
Introduce the Trinity slowly at first - wear for about 15 minutes morning and night for the first 3 days and go up in increments of 15 minutes every 3 days until you are used to it's effects. Ideally try wearing while sungazing.
Wear as a necklace using the included cord and bead, or use with the silk/leather tie for a more intimate fit over the forehead or neck/throat area.
To keep crystals charged and energetically fresh, place them inside the Trinity rings overnight.
Cleanse copper gently as needed (read our blog on how to keep your copper sparkling clean); or if you prefer, keep it's natural patina effect - it is part of its living character and doesn't affect it's actions.
Copper will work as a conductor of your electrical current — hold in it each hand and place on the feet (your terminals) for a few minutes to discharge any excess build up.
